At Evenflo Feeding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
